- What you will be doing
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:_- Coordinates the accurate and efficient process of receiving, stocking, shipping, replenishment and picking of merchandise.- Ensures compliance with all Health Canada government regulations.- Ensures cleanliness of the facility is maintained.- Ensures compliance with all applicable safety policies and procedures.- Assists the Warehouse Supervisor with developing and recommending plans to improve current warehouse processes and configurations to promote efficiency.- Establishes and maintains positive working relationships with Distribution Center employees.- Assists the Warehouse Supervisor with the, training and performance management of warehouse employees. Tracks and monitors daily attendance and overtime as needed.- Responsible for motivating and directing the work of others.- Oversee the management of Cubixx, process review and inventory allocation. Product labeling, and staff allocation as required.- Performs related duties as assigned.May be required to be on standby/ on call as part of this role.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:_Requires a post secondary education in business administration, supply chain management obtained through the completion of a college or university degree program or a minimum of one year related job experience.
- MINIMUM SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS:_Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writingGood analytical and mathematical skillsStrong interpersonal and leadership skillsStrong organizational skills, and attention to detailAbility to meet deadlinesGood decision making skillsExcellent problem-solving skills; ability to resolve issues effectively and efficientlyProficiency in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
