Our high-caliber talent works through the challenges at hand while pushing toward meeting client order needs. We are currently looking for a **Bliss MH** to work a** permanent full-time position **on the Afternoon Shift (Monday-Friday 3pm - 11pm) at our Alliston facility. Starting wage is $28.00/hour plus applicable shift premium. We offer an Employee Stock Purchasing Plan, Defined contribution pension plan and medical/dental benefits on your first day**

The following are dress/gowning requirements: safety glasses, safety shoes, ear plugs, jumpsuit, hood, hairnet, beard cover, gloves, isolation mask and boots (additional PPE required when cleaning)
- Constant or intermittent exposure to elevated levels of noise
- Involves working around equipment, machinery, and belts

**What You'll Be Doing**

The Bliss MH assumes the responsibilities of setting up the Packing line and troubleshooting the process as the Line is running. This also includes ensuring the Line has the material, equipment and staffing needed to run the daily schedule. The Bliss MH is a key person in the Packing team for their Line.
- Set up carton formers - a)Delkor b) SWF
- Ensure proper operation of carton formers. Load equipment with raw materials.
- Ensure proper operation of robots. Make minor adjustments to equipment. Report major malfunctions to supervisor and /or maintenance
- Perform Packing operations as required (break coverage) and drive Tow Motor
- Responsible for changeover & set up of palletizer, check weigher, carton forming and carton sealing equipment.
- Set up and operation of the ink jet.
- Obtain cardboard from Warehouse
- Monitor cartons at the end of the batch to minimize left over cartons
- Perform Packing operations as required (break coverage) and drive Tow Motor
- Perform preventative maintenance on equipment and keep area clean and tidy.
- Assist on the pack line as needed

Duties performed on a continual or intermittent basis
- Notify the supervisor and take appropriate action if any safety, quality, mechanical or discrepancy issues occur
- Sustain a clean and safe work area using 6S principles
