Le Troisième clé est responsable d’offrir un service à la clientèle exceptionnel, conformément aux normes de l’entreprise, de générer des ventes, de faire du marchandisage et de veiller à la propreté et à l’apparence générale du magasin.

En l’absence du gérant de magasin et du gérant adjoint, on attend du Troisième clé qu’il assure un leadership auprès des employés en matière de vente et de service à la clientèle et à ce qu’il reflète la culture et l’image de l’entreprise grâce à un excellent service à la clientèle et à de solides techniques de présentation visuelle.

Parmi les autres responsabilités:

- En l’absence du gérant de magasin et du gérant adjoint, le Troisième clé doit être en mesure de superviser toutes les activités du magasin, notamment : ouverture et fermeture du magasin, propreté du magasin, réapprovisionnement et marchandisage, service à la clientèle et supervision de l’équipe du magasin.
- S’assurer que chaque client reçoit un service exceptionnel dans un environnement amical, ce qui veut dire saluer, reconnaître et approcher chaque client, avoir une excellente connaissance des produits et de toutes les autres facettes du service à la clientèle.
- Se conformer à la politique et aux réglementations de l’entreprise.
- Appuyer le gérant de magasin.
- Exécuter les autres tâches confiées par le gérant ainsi que par l'assistant gérant de magasin.

Qualifications:

- Capacité à parler en Français et en anglais
- Au moins 1 an d’expérience du commerce de détail (un rôle de leadership serait considéré comme un atout)
- Excellentes aptitudes à la vente et au service à la clientèle - Solides aptitudes à la gestion du temps et à l’établissement de priorités
- Capacité de donner et de recevoir des instructions
- Caractère amical et attitude positive

The Third Key is responsible for providing exceptional customer service in accordance with company standards, generating sales, merchandising and ensuring the cleanliness and general appearance of the store.

In the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, the Key Third is expected to provide leadership to employees in sales and customer service and to reflect the culture and image of the company through excellent customer service and strong visual presentation techniques.

Other responsibilities include:

- In the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, the Key Third must be able to oversee all store activities including: opening and closing the store, store cleanliness, restocking and merchandising, customer service and supervision of the store team.
- Ensure that each customer receives exceptional service in a friendly environment, which includes greeting, acknowledging and approaching each customer, having excellent product knowledge and all other facets of customer service.
- Comply with policy and regulations outlined from the company.
- Support the Store Manager.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Manager as well as the Assistant Store Manager.

Qualifications:

- french speaking mandatory and english
- At least 1 year of retail experience (a leadership role would be considered an asset).
- Excellent sales and customer service skills - Strong time management and prioritization skills
- Ability to give and receive instructions
- Friendly character and positive attitude
