**_ Position Highlights_**
- Manages and coordinates the operational activities for the North America Campaign Development Process
- Oversees all Marketing and Training Incentive campaigns including strategy and development in conjunction with the business lines
- Coordinates audit response to the Payment Services Chief Risk Office Sales Practices, Incentive Compensation & Fraud Oversight and HR Testing teams
- Acts as the Quality Reviewer to ensure calculations and payouts for each campaign were executed according to campaign rules and eligibility requirements
- Partners with leaders in their assigned Line of Business, Risk/Compliance/Audit (RCA) Consultants, and other RCA Managers to, depending on the function, oversee the successful creation, implementation, and maintenance of an effective risk management framework
- Assists in the development of campaign strategy and ensures compliance; evaluates operational methods and strategies to improve efficiency, effectiveness, productivity, and/or control; ensures and manages sufficient technological resources; and acts as liaison to other internal and external groups
- Responsible for acquiring data from multiple sources for very complex reporting projects and integrate large volumes of data, performs in depth analysis, and interprets results
- Facilitate the identification of gaps and drive solutions that minimize losses resulting from inadequate internal processes, systems, or human errors
- Ensures the active identification, response and/or escalation of risks as appropriate

Basic Qualifications_**
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
- Typically 10 or more years of relevant experience

**_

- Considerable knowledge of operation functions, systems, policies, and procedures for the assigned area
- Thorough knowledge of Risk/Compliance/Audit competencies
- Strong leadership and management skills of processes, projects, and people
- Effective interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Advanced computer skills, to include advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel

**_ Hybrid/flexible schedule_**

The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.
