We are currently seeking a proficient and detail-oriented Bilingual Office Clerk who is fluent in both French and English to join our team and contribute to the efficient operation of our office.

As a Bilingual Office Clerk, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
1. **Customer Booking**:

- Efficiently manage customer inquiries and bookings.
- Coordinate appointments and meetings, ensuring effective communication in both French and English.

2. **Communication Management**:

- Accurately relay messages and information to the appropriate personnel.

3. **Report Handling**:

- Compile and organize reports as required by the company.
- Ensure timely and accurate distribution of reports to designated companies or individuals in both languages.

4. **Invoicing**:

- Create and send invoices to clients, maintaining bilingual correspondence.
- Keep meticulous records of invoices and payments.

5. **Documentation**:

- Manage and organize office documentation, ensuring bilingual records are maintained.
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of various documents.

6. **Administrative Support**:

- Provide general administrative support to team members as needed.
- Assist with filing, data entry, and other clerical tasks.

**Qualifications**:

- Fluency in both written and spoken French and English is mandatory.
- Proven experience as an office clerk or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Exceptional communication skills, both in French and English.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a small team.

**Education**:

- High school diploma or equivalent. Additional certifications in office administration or related field are a plus.
