Soufflé is a beloved destination for authentic Japanese cheesecakes in Montreal. We take pride in crafting delicious and delicate cheesecakes that bring joy to our customers. We're seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Japanese Cheesecake Baker and Store Operator.

As a Japanese Cheesecake Baker and Store Operator at Soufflé you'll be responsible for baking our signature Japanese cheesecakes to perfection and managing the store during your shifts. We're looking for someone who is eager to learn and has a strong work ethic. No prior experience in baking Japanese cheesecakes is required; we will provide training.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and bake Japanese cheesecakes according to our recipes and standards.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bakery.
- Manage store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Assist customers with their orders and provide excellent customer service.
- Learn and adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure a smooth workflow.
