**Job Overview**:
We are looking for a skilled **Molding Technician** experienced in **injection molding** and **thermoset molding**. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and troubleshooting molding machines to produce quality parts. **Shifts will be Monday to Thursday, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM (days)** or **Monday to Thursday, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM (nights)**. **Responsibilities**:

- Set up and operate injection and thermoset molding machines for production
- Perform machine adjustments to ensure product quality and consistency
- Conduct mold changes, installations, and routine machine maintenance
- Troubleshoot and resolve molding process issues during production
- Inspect molded parts for defects and ensure they meet quality standards
- Monitor machine parameters and adjust settings to optimize efficiency
- Work with the quality team to maintain product specifications
- Maintain accurate production records and report any issues
- Follow safety protocols and keep work areas organized and clean
- Work with the quality team to maintain product specifications in line with **ISO 9001 standards**

**Skills**:

- 2-3 years of experience in injection molding and thermoset molding is preferred
- Ability to set up, operate, and troubleshoot molding machines
- Knowledge of mold setup, process parameters, and machine adjustments
- Familiarity with precision measuring tools and interpreting technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet production deadlines
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently

**Requirements**:

- Must be able to pass a Federal Security Clearance, including a police background check
- Reliable transportation to commute to work is required

**Shift Options**:

- **Day Shift**: Monday to Thursday, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
- **Night Shift**: Monday to Thursday, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
- Overtime may be available

Pay: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
