Mission Community Services Society is hiring a Residence Worker for a full-time overnight position.

We focus on helping people, changing lives, and building community. We’re here to empower and support the unique needs of youth, children, adults, immigrants and seniors in our community. Join us in helping others on their journey to gain independent living by offering support, developing skills and facilitating access to other resources.

Requirements and Qualifications
- Post-secondary education, minimum 2 years' experience working with relevant population, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Excellent communication, organizational, computer and problem-solving skills essential
- Culturally competent
- Knowledge of local resources
- Current First Aid, Non-Violent Crisis Intervention and Food Safe Certification an asset
- Successful completion of Criminal Record check

Department: Housing

Monday thru Friday

Hours: 8:00 pm to 8:00 am

Wage: Grid 10 ($21.63-25.19)

**Salary**: $21.63-$25.19 per hour
