*Job Summary* As a Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for customers requiring vehicle maintenance or repairs. You will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and guidance throughout their automotive service experience. *Responsibilities* - Interact with customers to determine their vehicle service needs - Schedule service appointments and manage work orders - Communicate service recommendations based on vehicle inspections - Provide accurate estimates and timelines for repairs - Coordinate with the service team to ensure timely completion of work - Upsell additional services or products as needed - Handle cash transactions and process payments - Maintain customer records and service history accurately *Qualifications* - Previous experience in a dealership or automotive repair setting is preferred - Strong mechanical knowledge to understand and explain vehicle service requirements - Ability to effectively communicate technical information to customers - Proven customer service and sales skills - Proficient in cash handling procedures - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Join our team as a Service Advisor and be part of a dynamic environment where your expertise in customer service and automotive knowledge can shine
