Client Service Representative
- Company:

- ClaimsPro LPClient Service Representative
- Answering, screening, and re-directing calls to appropriate persons;
- Open and date stamp incoming and outgoing mail/couriers/faxes and distribute to employees
- Updating directory
- Maintain reception area, employee kitchen and meeting rooms to ensure they are neat and tidy
- Organizing of meetings (booking, setting up, ordering meals/refreshments, cleaning up)
- Ordering of office supplies and maintaining stock of supply room
- Arranging for service of office equipment (copiers, telephones, etc.) and manage postage refill
- Providing administrative support to Management and administrative support to other staff members
- Other duties as required in order to meet branch and company objectives
- Professional demeanor and strong customer service skills
- Superior communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to re-prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Team player and excellent interpersonal skills with ability to interact with all individuals in all levels within the organization
- Ability to work well under pressure and maintain composure in a fast paced and changing environment
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
- Ability to use good judgment and hit the ground running

Education, knowledge and experience required
- Post-secondary education in administration
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in an administrative support role, specifically in the insurance industry.
- Experience working within a dynamic team
- Previously demonstration ability to execute high attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to manage changing priorities and proven organizational skills
- Demonstrated initiative, behaviours and follow-up skills.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Demonstrated professionalism and work ethic
- Proven ability to contribute to and work well within a team environment
- Must have the aptitude and ability to learn as required
- Intermediate experience with Microsoft Word required. Knowledge of Excel an asset.
