Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Pipefitter to join our team. As a Pipefitter, you will be responsible for installing, assembling, and maintaining piping systems in various settings. This is a hands-on role that requires expertise in welding, HVAC systems, and mechanical knowledge.

**Responsibilities**:

- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout of piping systems
- Measure, cut, thread, and bend pipes using hand tools or machines
- Weld, braze, solder, or cement joints to connect pipes and seal leaks
- Install and maintain various types of piping systems, including water, gas, steam, and air
- Collaborate with other tradespeople to ensure proper installation and functionality of systems
- Test piping systems for leaks using pressure gauges and other equipment
- Repair or replace defective components as needed
- Follow safety protocols and adhere to building codes and regulations

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Pipefitter or similar role
- Strong knowledge of welding techniques and practices
- Basic math skills for measuring and calculating pipe lengths
- Mechanical knowledge to understand system components and functions
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical drawings
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools for cutting, threading, and bending pipes
- Excellent problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues with piping systems

We offer competitive pay based on experience.

Pay: $25.93-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

- 12 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

**Experience**:
