Concierge - Daytime

**Daytime Concierge**

**Five Star Building Maintenance **provides full building maintenance, building management, concierge, caretaker and janitorial services. We are 100% Canadian and have been a leader in the industry for 20 years.

We are looking for a hardworking and reliable **Concierge for a North Vancouver location. **Shift is as follows: Monday - Friday - Time to be Determined.

**Duties/ Responsibilities**
- Ensure that trouble calls received from clients or tenants are acted upon.
- Monitor and secure common areas of property.
- Responds to incidents and submits written reports to supervisor/management.
- Administer damage deposits, book, organize and monitor move-ins and move-outs.
- Provide access to trades, establish and maintain list of trades people.
- Receive deliveries on behalf of tenants.
- Program, distribute, purchase and replace keys, FOB’s and remote controls as required.
- Record inventory and keep information on keys, FOB’s and remote controls current.
- Ability to train staff for programming FOB’s and remote controls.
- Other duties as required.

**Availability Required**

Locations: North Vancouver

Daytime Shifts: Full-time Monday to Friday

**We require**
- Previous residential/strata concierge experience an asset but not required
- Customer service oriented
- Excellent work habits and organization skills
- Able to work with minimum supervision
- Good understanding of English

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $18.00 per hour
