Reporting to the Director of Brand & Customer Marketing, the Manager of Brand & Events will oversee and lead all external and internal brand and event marketing initiatives, across multiple platforms and formats to drive engagement, conversion, retention & leads. This individual should be a true thought leader and an expert in all things related to events marketing and brand awareness, consistency, segmentation and localization, analytics and meaningful measurement.

**As Manager, Brand & Events, You Will**
- Oversee brand plan and manage brand strategy from concept to execution
- Manage brand architecture, ensuring the brand nomenclature is followed consistently across the organization and naming of new products and features are developed and effectively integrated into our brand architecture
- Develop brand guidelines that will be leveraged by cross-functional teams, such as marketing, growth and operations, to execute global, regional, and customized campaign initiatives
- Refine and elevate brand image and messaging, clearly articulating and reinforcing a consistent positioning around our core brand pillars
- Manage acquisition brand strategies, as needed, including brand management of new acquisitions, and driving synergies as the organization continues to grow
- Implement and manage event strategy in conjunction with marketing leadership to strengthen the quality of our pipeline and deliver high quality prospect leads
- Develop and oversee internal and external event planning processes for in person and virtual conferences, trade shows, corporate training and events
- Oversee and manage the annual event budget
- Execution of sponsorships including coordination of internal resources, deadlines, design elements and vendor management
- Manage internal stakeholders, outside suppliers, agencies, consultants, vendors, negotiations and contracts for events
- Train and support campus marketing coordinators and event contractors
- Track and report ROI by monitoring and measuring the success of events and evaluate results against organizational goals while iterating for improvement
- Manage prospect and client campus visits and events in conjunction with sales and operations teams, campus director and facilities
- Execute against the brand annual KPIs and play an integral role in the development of Marketing’s yearly plans to achieve brand goals

**Requirements**:
**As Manager, Brand & Events, You Have**
- A Bachelor's degree or higher or equivalent combination of education and experience and training
- 5+ years experience in brand marketing, developing strategies to position and evolve brands in the marketplace according to specific organizational goals
- 5+ years experience in event planning and execution preferred
- Strategic thinking and planning
- Experience handling large budgets and delivering large global initiatives
- Excellent project management skills
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, written & verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple work streams concurrently
