**Description**

Are you passionate about transportation and logistics? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment? We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as an LTL Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing our less-than-truckload (LTL) operations, ensuring efficient and on-time deliveries.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage day-to-day LTL operations, including scheduling, routing, and tracking shipments
- Coordinate with drivers, dispatchers, and warehouse personnel to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize load capacity, minimize costs, and improve operational efficiency
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to address customer inquiries and resolve any issues that arise
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and best practices
- Oversee the performance and training of LTL team members, providing guidance and support as needed
- Conduct regular analysis of operational metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field an asset
- Proven experience in LTL operations, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role
- Deep understanding of transportation regulations, safety protocols, and industry trends
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to inform decision-making
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
