Pit Supervisor

**Jackpot Casino is looking for someone to promote an energetic and exciting experience for all guests while consistently maintaining professionalism, integrity, and respect for privacy. Providing excellence in customer service is our main goal while supervising the pit, dealers and patrons in adherence to CTCOG’s.**

**Reports To: Games Manager/Casino Manager**

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- The Pit Supervisor is a highly visible presence on the gaming floor, and is responsible for developing and maintaining the highest rapport with guests, and developing customer relations.
- In all roles, you are monitoring the gaming floor to ensure the integrity of charitable gaming.
- You will provide accurate tracking of patrons and table counts.
- Develop and mentor dealers through education, coaching and demonstration
- Respond to and resolve guest issues.
- Ensure all table operations are in compliance with AGLC Terms and Conditions.
- Adhere to all scheduled shifts.
- Communicate effectively with dealers and Games Managers.
- Pit Supervisor is responsible for assisting the Games Manager in providing direction, coordination, and evaluation of the tables department
- Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with casino policies.
- Other duties may be assigned

**Qualifications**:

- Must know all in house table games.
- Minimum of two years of experience as a dealer
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Ready and willing to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
- Must present a professional appearance.
- Must demonstrate a working knowledge of CTCOG’s.
- Must excel in conflict resolution.

**Certificates and Registrations**:

- AGLC License
- Deal Us In Phase 1
- Deal Us In phase 2 (will be obtained)
- AML certification

**Schedule**:

- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekends
