Powder Coater

Job Summary:
**Duties**:

- Prepare surfaces for powder coating by cleaning, sanding, and masking as necessary
- Ensure even coverage and smooth finish of the powder coating
- Operate curing ovens to properly cure the powder coating
- Inspect finished products for quality and make any necessary touch-ups or repairs
- Maintain equipment and perform routine maintenance as needed
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a Powder Coater or in a similar role preferred
- Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to use hand tools effectively
- Basic math skills for measuring and calculating material requirements
- Ability to operate cranes, power tools, and other machinery safely
- Experience with welding, fabricating, or machining is a plus
- Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles is beneficial

Pay: $20.00-$26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
