**About the Role**

As the Site Focal, the primary objective of the TRACK Focal is to monitor and report on end-to-end process for timekeeping for all contract companies utilizing the TRACK software program within the Maintenance, Construction and Turnaround organization as well as overall LNGC site. To ensure end-to-end process in Track is successful, support and implement improvements. Support with any implementation and improvement initiatives.

Support the Vendor timekeepers to ensure timely and accurate allocations and support TRACK Authorizers with the end-to-end process.

This role is a key enabler to support LNGC’s through the identification of opportunities, problems and implement solutions while collaborating with site stakeholders, including the Leadership Team and Project Controls team.

- TRACK site focal to monitor and report on end-to-end processes for TRACK including Maintenance, Turnarounds and Projects.
- Freely share Best Practices and actively seek out lessons learned and ways of working from Site and Global stakeholders.
- Build a deeper understanding into Site Contractor usage & cost impact within the organization.
- Lead the implementation of new TRACK onboards, collaborating with Site C&P
- On board new vendors, load rate sheets, QA/QC outline agreements and purchase orders
- Support Contract Mgmt. teams in post award contract management activities and implement as necessary.
- Proactively engage multiple stakeholders, in Routine and Turnaround/Campaign Execution as well as the site Finance to ensure the actual workforce and overtime usage is on budget.
- Schedule and perform Track training (Vendors, Supervisors, Finance, Turnaround, etc.)
- Create/maintain area ID list, based on work centers and business need.

**You will use your expertise to**:

- Set up new hires with skill and pay formulae.
- Ensure contractors are in Track under the correct company, work with security to correct.
- Assist with work order and purchase order issues.
- Assist vendor timekeepers as 1st line support on any issue (SES, work orders, purchase orders etc.)
- Report outstanding authorizations weekly to approvers and supervisors (weekly)
- Send out status reports to vendors on outstanding allocations (weekly)
- Maintain master data clean up, such as inactive contract employees, pay formulas, schedules, agreements, skills and associated work centers etc.
- Assist vendors with reconciliation to ERS documents.
- Provide data on invoicing and vendor feedback for continuous improvement to Contract Holders for Quarterly Business Performance Reviews
- Process voids in Track, working with AP to credit service entries.
- Assign ‘other costs’ to contractors for meals, per diem, etc.
- Enter holiday schedules per vendor (yearly)
- Set up/maintain/troubleshoot gate to gate transit time in Track.
- Approve/Reject non-bill items assigned to Track Admin area in Track and reject missing area ID entries.
- Maintain skill class for each skill.
- Run not allocated/accepted labour and material reports and send to vendors (weekly)

- Experience in SAP Blueprint is an asset.
