Admin Generalist

English Logistics (_Warehousing Division of Briway Carriers_) is a family owned company founded in 1998. Due to continued growth of warehousing division we are looking for an office support team member to join our team. This is your chance to join a rapidly growing business

Duties include:

- Parts Order Entry
- Assist with Work Order Creation
- PO Creation
- Vendor Communication
- Invoice Matching
- Assist with Inventory
- Monthly AP Processing
- Support in AR
- Additional duties as required
- Strong organizational skills
- Experience in accounting
- A sense of urgency and strong customer focus
- Success in driving efficiencies and results
- Ability to work hard in a team or independently
- Good communication skills

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday 8am-5pm

**Salary**: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
