We are seeking an experienced Bricklayer to join our team to work on an apartment building project in Vancouver. As a Bricklayer, you will be responsible for constructing walls, floors, and other structures using bricks, concrete blocks, and other materials. Your expertise in masonry techniques and attention to detail will be crucial in ensuring the quality and durability of our projects.

**Responsibilities**:

- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings
- Lay bricks or other masonry units to build walls, partitions, arches, and other structures
- Mix mortar or grout according to specifications
- Use hand tools such as trowels, hammers, chisels, and levels to align and set bricks
- Cut or shape bricks using saws or power tools

**Experience**:

- Proven experience as a Bricklayer for 3-5 years
- Strong knowledge of masonry techniques and materials
- Good at in blueprint reading and interpreting construction drawings
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment operation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and precision in brick placement and alignment

Pay: From $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week

Schedule:

- Weekends as needed
