**Sommaire du poste**

Sous la supervision du Chef, Conditionnement, le titulaire du poste effectue le montage, l’ajustement et

l’opération de différentes machines du Service du conditionnement. Il assure le maintien de l’équipement dans les conditions optimales d’opération. Est garant de l’exécution de ses tâches en fonction des normes BPF et HSE

**Fonctions principales**

**P** **RODUCTION DES LOTS**
- Assure le montage/démontage et l’opération des équipements selon les procédures et instructions en
- vigueur
- Complète avec diligence la documentation en cours de production
- S’assure quotidiennement que les machines sont en bon état de fonctionnement.
- S'assure que chaque équipement fonctionne de façon adéquate et effectue les ajustements si
- nécessaire
- Collabore avec les opérateurs et chef d’équipe pour s’assurer de respecter le calendrier de production
- Est garant de compléter la documentation nécessaire lors de dérives
- Participe à l’amélioration continue pour optimiser le fonctionnement de l’équipement.
- Travaille en équipe pour résoudre les problèmes de fonctionnement de l’équipement.
- Peut faire la maintenance préventive selon le calendrier établi.
- Peut participer à l’élaboration, révision des procédures, manuels d’opération
- Peut participer à des équipes d’amélioration des équipements, processus
- S’assure de suivre les étapes de production tels que spécifiées dans la FMC
- Effectue toute autre tâche connexe à la demande de son superviseur
- Est garant du maintien de ses qualifications techniques et de sa connaissance des méthodes et
- procédures en vigueur.

**ÉQUIPEMENTS ET MATÉRIEL**
- Est garant du bon état de fonctionnement et de la conformité des équipements et des locaux.
- S’assure du maintien de son poste de travail, équipements propres et selon les normes BPF et HSE
- Veille à une utilisation conforme des équipements.
- Informe le chef d’équipe/gestionnaire lors de problèmes rencontrés
- Respecte les standards de production (TRS, Productivité, Rendements).
- Peut effectuer le lavage des équipements et des locaux
- S’assure de respecter les consignes
- Peut vérifier, compléter et transmettre les dossiers de lots et documents de conditionnement.
- Prend les mesures nécessaires pour préserver l’intégrité des personnes, des biens et des produits en
- cas d’anomalie.
- Peut assurer les entrées dans les systèmes de gestion de production

**BPF et HSE**
- Effectue son travail dans le respect des normes, politiques et procédures BPF et HSE en vigueur
- Applique au quotidien les directives, procédures et instructions HSE
- Est garant de déclarer tout événement qualité/HSE à son gestionnaire
- Fait remonter les problèmes et propose des améliorations

**Connaissances et compétences requises**:
**a) Formation requise**
- DEC en mécanique, électromécanique (un atout) ou DEP avec expérience pertinente
- Minimum secondaire V ou l’équivalent

**b) Langues**

[lues, écrites, parlées]
- Français
- Anglais un atout

**c) Expérience et connaissances particulières**
- Minimum 3 ans d’expérience au sein d’une industrie pharmaceutique ou domaine connexe à titre

de monteur-opérateur

**d) Compétences techniques spécifiques**
- Connaissances mécanique, électrique, pneumatique
- Connaissance outils production
