Shop Helper/cleaner

**POSITION**: Shop Helper/Cleaner - Summer Student (1)

**DEPARTMENT**: Rail Infrastructure

**MAJOR DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Cleaning/washing of railway equipment, parts and shop facilities
- Follows prescribed safety procedures including the use of safety clothing and equipment
- Janitorial duties as required
- Performs other related duties as assigned
- Summer Term: May to September

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Must be registered for school in the Fall of 2023 and provide proof of attendance for the 2023-2024 school year
- Good work ethic, energetic and enthusiastic
- Ability to work shift work
- Previous cleaning/labour experience an asset
- Must be committed to Company Health and Safety
- Works independently with little supervision
