**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Provide excellent customer service to our clients
- Answer customers’ questions and estimate services
- Maintain a high level of professionalism while working with the team in a fast-paced environment
- Work with the sales and operations team to ensure proper installation of products and customer satisfaction
- Communicate effectively with project managers, technicians, and customers
- Work as part of a team with other technicians and installers throughout the day while maintaining a professional appearance
- Perform duties at all customer locations in a timely manner
- Perform all duties in accordance with all company policies and safety standards
- Follow all company safety policies and maintain the cleanest work area of the job site

- Excellent communication skills along with an ability to problem solve independently
- Professionalism in all aspects of job-related activities including but not limited to; attendance, punctuality, attendance-based punctuality, time management, organizational skills, problem solving, ability to follow instructions, ability to learn new processes and systems, ability to multi-task, ability to work well under pressure, ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, willingness to learn new technologies and systems, willingness to be coached if needed.

**Salary**: $33,948.13-$39,000.00 per year
