The Purrfect Cup is looking for a new barista We are a newish business, just over 5 years old, who has successfully aided in the rescue of over 600 cats. We are looking for a passionate individual to be a great barista, and provide loving cat care. We are looking for someone who will take some ownership and really help us thrive, creative abilities are a bonus for our menu creations and cute touches around the cafe.

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE
- Past barista experience with references an asset
- Must be able to work unsupervised
- Must be able to clean to high standards
- Must love cats
- Must be available to work anytime (evenings/weekends/holidays)
- Must have their Food Safety Course complete before start date
- Must have own transportation
- Be willing to learn the ins and outs of coffee

JOB TASKS
- Customer Service is #1
- Make drinks and food for customers
- Help keep the cafe running smooth
- Help match customers with adoptable cats.
- Ensure proper care and hygiene is given to cats
- Ensuring cleanliness at all times in the cat room and cafe side.
- Ensuring compliance with local Health Inspections

HOURS

Part time: 20-25 hours. Starting at $15 + tips (avg. 2-3$/hr) with potential to grow with the business

Ability to work weekends and weekdays is an absolute must. We are willing to work around another work schedule though.

Shifts are 7:30-1, 11-7 and 10-BD (business decline usually around 2).

START DATE: ASAP
