**Job Description**:
DESCRIPTION:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide administrative assistance to the Marketing & Events department on all events, programs and marketing materials as assigned.- Assist with Social Media programs - Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter accounts/contests.- Assist in the preparation of Public Area Use Agreements and insurance requirements for in-coming events.- Support in formulating posts and contests for the axiis tenant app.- Aid in creating and proofreading the Brookfield Weekly newsletters.- Contribute to the planning and activations of Corporate, Property, and Team Building Events.- Assist in merchandising of Display Cases.- Assist Conference Centre Staff with meetings and retail set-ups.- Responsible for providing current and accurate information and exceptional customer service to retail customers, tenants, visitors, and employees regarding Bankers Hall Complex.- Other assignments as required.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills- Positive and professional demeanor- Strong customer service skills- Presents themselves professionally- Strong organizational, prioritizing and time management skills- Ability to multi-task and work independently with little supervision, handling multiple projects and meeting deadlines- Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization

EXPERIENCE & TECHNICAL SKILLS:
- Experience in planning and implementing events along with Social Media skills.- Computer literate and fully proficient with:

- Website and Social Media Applications including Sprout Social-
- InDesign, Illustrator, and/or Canva ProgramsEDUCATION / DESIGNATIONS / LICENSES:
