**About the role**

As the IT Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for driving IT projects from initiation to completion as well as for providing advanced technical support. You enjoy providing creative solutions to the organization and have a talent for follow-up, implementation, and managing different systems. You will be working closely with the IT Manager and with the IT Technicians. If this all resonates with you then we invite you to apply

**What you’ll be doing**
- Coordinating and overseeing IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards
- Developing project plans, including defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, and resource requirements
- Conducting regular project status meetings, provide progress updates, and identify and address any project-related issues or risks
- Providing advanced technical support and guidance to internal stakeholders, resolving complex hardware, software, and network issues
- Staying updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to provide proactive recommendations for system enhancements and improvements
- Managing stakeholder relationships by maintaining regular communication, managing expectations, and providing timely updates on project progress and deliverables
- Conducting stakeholder meetings, workshops, and training sessions to ensure effective project implementation and user adoption of new IT systems
- Creating and maintaining accurate project documentation, including project plans, technical specifications, user manuals, and change management documentation
- Preparing regular project reports, status updates, and performance metrics to keep stakeholders informed about project progress, issues, and risks

**What we’re looking for**
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, information technology or related field is an asset
- 2+ years of experience of experience as a Sr. IT Technician or related field is a requirement
- Strong technical background in one or more areas such as systems administration, network engineering, or software development is required
- Experience working with hardware and software troubleshooting, system administration, cloud technologies and network infrastructure is a requirement.
- Proven experience in coordinating and managing IT projects, ensuring successful project
- Experience working with project management methodologies and tools is an asset
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
