About the Role:
We are currently seeking a motivated Skilled Construction Labourer to join our expanding team.
Core responsibilities include:
- Material Handling: load and unload construction materials from trucks and deliver them to appropriate locations on the site.
- Site Preparation: cleaning, removing debris, and clearing obstacles.
- Demolition
- Safety Compliance
- Cleaning
- Machine Operation
- Adhering to Project Schedules and working in a team
- Drywall installation and finishing
- Rough and finish carpentry
- Baseboard and trim installation
- Framing
- Backsplash
- Plastering, taping and painting
- Cabinet installation
- Flooring installation and repairs
- Maintenance works
- Assist in emergency repair or restoration calls when possible
- Other related duties
Skills and other requirements:
- Proven and hands-on experience as a skilled construction worker.
- Valid G driver's license and own truck.
- Good understanding of English.
- Must be flexible in work schedule and adhere to change orders.
- Must be able to work carefully and quickly under tight deadlines.
