**What you’ll do**:

- Lead a team of 10-15 people comprised of DevOps engineers
- Manage and mentor team members in growth opportunities with a lead-by-example approach
- Deliver DevOps platform components within a larger release train comprised of fully automated CI/CD patterns
- Coordinate with the Compliance team to ensure SOC2, FedRAMP, NISA 800-171, and ISO 27001 certifications are maintained
Collaborate with the Architecture team on projects using a combination of COTS and homegrown solutions
- Recruit and grow the team as necessary, while fostering transparency, collaboration, and trust across geographically distributed areas
- Drive innovation and continual improvement in both the technologies implemented and processes used to deliver them
- Promote the pursuit of resilient and self-scaling systems that minimize customer impacts, while providing a healthy work environment for operators

**What you’ll bring**:

- 10+ years of software engineering experience
- 7+ years of software development management experience in Agile and/or DevOps environments
- Hands-on experience with the full software development lifecycle for enterprise SaaS products
- Hands-on experience with cloud architecture and deploying cloud infrastructure
- Hands-on experience with AWS and Azure at scale, GCP preferred
- Experience with compliance documentation, automation, and audits
- Experience with CI/CD tools in a cloud environment such as GitHub, Kubernetes, KubeVela, Flux CD, etc.
- Experience with infrastructure as code including Terraform or ARM
- Preferred experience with monitoring and alerting tools including APM, Loki, PagerDuty, Prometheus, etc.
- Preferred networking experience with TCP/IP, routing, and DNS
- Bachelor’s Degree in CS, CE or EE or related field is required

**What success looks like**:
After six months, you will
- Understand Infoblox’s world-class DevOps operations
- Create new ideas on activities in play
- Improve an already high performing DevOps team and culture

After about a year, you will
- Collaborate with technical leaders across many development teams in the quest for engineering efficiency
- Work with other leaders in the organization to further improve corporate processes
- Serve as a leader and stakeholder for both short
- and long-term DevOps initiatives
