Patrick Sprack Limited (PSL) was formed in 2006 and since this time, we have become a reputable and leading Northern Ontario HVAC-R /Electrical contractor to the mines, industrial sites as well as commercial properties. PSL provides a variety of heating, ventilation, air-conditioning, electrical and refrigeration services ranging from planned maintenance (both preventative and full coverage), inspections and diagnostic services as well as repairs, retrofits and new installations for commercial and industrial systems.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Installing and calibrating technologies and equipment and training clients on operation and safety instructions
- Maintaining equipment regularly by adjusting system components and testing functionalities
- Inspecting and troubleshooting equipment for issues and repairing or replacing defective parts as needed
- Researching new industry instrumentation and studying details and instructions to install and use it properly
- Collaborate with electronic engineers, process technicians and other plant professionals to design equipment
- Other duties as required**REQUIREMENTS**:

- 3+ years of experience in the commercial/ mining and/or industrial sector
- Mechanical/Technical skills
- Assists with scheduling of out-of-town manpower (availability in town)
- Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills and strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong ability to interpret blueprints, drawings and documents
- Ability to plan, organize and work with mínimal supervision
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrates ability to work as part of the team
- Valid Driver’s License
