The Investment Management Office is part of the Global Investments and Growth Function in the Office of the Global COO. The role of the Investment Management Office (IMO) is to work closely with the Investment Owners, and their leadership teams globally, to ensure all the designated portfolio investments meet the strategic investment goals and business case ROIs.

**The Opportunity**

The IMO Support Manager & Librarian has primary responsibility for the maintenance of all IMO digital assets and accelerators to support Investment teams.IMO Support Manager & Librarian works closely with IMO Leads and IMO Assists with creation of executive reporting and update documentation, data capturing, and assiting with the development of insights. This is a hands-on position - expected to help define requirements, manage projects, operational activities, develop content and oversee projects/tasks that span multiple members of the Global IMO team and third-party contractors.

What you will do:

- Works with IMO leads to understand their program portfolios, stakeholders and reporting requirements to produce a high volume of critical reporting and meeting materials
- Filters a large volume of investment data to identify strategic themes across the KPMGI product portfolio and uses these to support IMO leads in the development of reporting that summarizing critical issues and related program recommendations for consideration by executive leadership.
- Skilled analyst and interviewer who can draw out valuable insights from senior stakeholders and investment data and translate these insights into recommendations to improve decision making
- Maintains a deep working knowledge of KPMGI’s global investment portfolio including strengths, issues and development and funding history.
- Negotiate and influence project timelines with IMO leads & stakeholders to provide solutions when program obstacles and competing deadlines arise.
- Continually improve processes to identify efficiencies, creating standard processes and documenting accordingly
- Serves as the IMO librarian and content SME for all IMO materials to maintain a collection of digital assets relevant and accessible (Program and project methodologies, Change Management Methodologies, Product Management frameworks, Reporting templates and other content relevant to Investment Teams)
- Works closely with IMO leads and GIMO assists to curate the collection. This includes identifying content gaps and filling those by sourcing relevant high-quality content.
- Supports IMO leader and People leader with team wide communications.

What you bring to this role:

- Experience in an equivalent role.
- Understanding of KPMGI operating structure & governance would be an asset
- A strong ability to organize large sets of documents for access and quick retrieval by a large team
- Ability to quickly develop effective decision support related content for executive level audiences.
- Ability to work a matrixed organizational structure.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize workload.
- Flexible and responsive to changing priorities and solutions-oriented mindset.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong working knowledge and ability to set up SharePoint & Teams
