Your future duties and responsibilities

**On a typical day, you will**:

- Identify callers according to security standards
- Search, consult, modify, reassign and/or close tickets in the CRM tool
- Understand and interpret the information displayed in the Quebec Business Register
- Master the different aspects of telephony
- Communicate with customers about products
- Produce the payroll according to the client's expectations and according to the legislation in force in the field of payroll;
- Plan and organize work to meet service levels and customer expectations;
- Provide timely support to the client during the payroll input process;
- Follow departmental policies and procedures;
- Work in close collaboration with other payroll resources;
- Respect quality standards.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
- Excellent customer service skills;
- Ability to work under pressure respecting deadlines and maintaining a positive attitude;
- Ability to multi-task and work autonomously;
- Confidentiality and attention to details;
- Demonstrate teamwork skills;
- Have a high sense of organization and priorities;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft® Office tools;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English;
Bilingualism (French and English) is required for this position due to the nature of the role requiring interaction with national and global clients.
