**Position Overview**:
Witron is a global company, headquartered in Germany, with sites all over the world. We provide our customers with cost-efficient, flexible and strategic supply chain solutions.

Our Canadian team is growing We currently seek Document Creation and Control Technician in our Canadian headquarters in Laval Québec. The Document Creation and Control Technician will report to the Director of Operational Excellence. This person is responsible for creating and managing reports, tracking tools, data analysis tools, dashboards and Witron SharePoint (Winet) infrastructure.

**Primary Job Functions**:

- Develop documents and reports in accordance with company guidelines and ISO standards.
- Maintain and improve Witron Canada documents as required.
- Collaborate with other members of the documentation team in the completion of documentation projects.
- Support all Canadian facilities with documentation in addressing documentation needs.
- Participate in training of management and IT personnel across Canada on document creation and management process.
- Support the organization and management of Witron SharePoint infrastructure.
- Provide support in addressing problems related to Witron Canada’s communication systems such as MS outlook, Teams and local servers.
- Advising on opportunities to use existing tools more efficiently, and existence of better alternatives to existing tools.
- Perform other duties and projects as directed by the Managers

**Qualifications**:

- Certificate or Diploma in Computer Science or Information Systems.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience required.
- Has Experience working with Microsoft Share point.
- Detail-oriented, with an emphasis on quality of work.
- Strong time management and organizational skills with an ability to be adaptable, manage multiple priorities in highly dynamic and changing environment.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, repetitive tasks, and sitting for extended periods of time.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills. Ability to speak French and English language is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Ability to establish and maintain working relationships with stakeholders including Managers, Supervisors and Local control center personnel.
- Effective written and verbal business communication skills. Knowledge of ISO9001standards is an asset.

**Scheduling & Travel**
- This role is required to work Monday to Friday 7:00 to 15:00, but may be required to work occasionally on weekends, Evening or night shift.

Le technicien en création et contrôle de documents relèvera du directeur de l'excellence opérationnelle. Cette personne est responsable de la création et de la gestion de rapports, d'outils de suivi, d'outils d'analyse de données, de tableaux de bord et de l'infrastructure SharePoint de Witron (Winet).

**Principales fonctions**:

- Élaborer des documents et des rapports conformément aux directives de l'entreprise et aux normes ISO.
- Maintenir et améliorer les documents de Witron Canada selon les besoins.
- Collaborer avec les autres membres de l'équipe de documentation à la réalisation des projets de documentation.
- Soutenir toutes les installations canadiennes dotées d'une documentation en répondant à leurs besoins en la matière.
- Participer à la formation du personnel de gestion et des TI au Canada sur les processus de création et de gestion des documents.
- Soutenir l'organisation et la gestion de l'infrastructure SharePoint de Witron.
- Apporter un soutien pour résoudre les problèmes liés aux systèmes de communication de Witron Canada tels que MS Outlook, Teams et les serveurs locaux.
- Conseiller sur les possibilités d'utiliser plus efficacement les outils existants et sur l'existence de meilleures alternatives aux outils existants.
- Effectuer d'autres tâches et projets selon les instructions du gestionnaire.

**Qualifications**:

- Certificat ou diplôme en informatique ou en systèmes d'information.
- Au moins deux ans d'expérience sont requis.
- Expérience de travail avec Microsoft Share Point.
- Souci du détail, avec un accent mis sur la qualité du travail.
- Solides compétences en matière de gestion du temps et d'organisation, capacité d'adaptation, gestion de priorités multiples dans un environnement très dynamique et changeant.
