**About Us**:
The Wellness and Well-being pillar aspires to provide readily accessible, high quality health and mental health care to enhance the physical and emotional health and wellbeing of the students and employees of Western University, thereby optimizing their potential for academic social and professional attainment.

**Responsibilities**:
The Project Manager will play a vital role in the development and implementation of initiatives for students The role will manage projects that focus on supporting the student experience from a wellness perspective. This includes working within an electronic medical record (EMR) to ensure information is available for clinical data collection.
- Qualifications**Education**:
- Undergraduate Degree, in a Health Information Management/Professional program

**Experience**:
- 1 year of administrative experience in an office environment

Skills, Abilities & Expertise:
- Ability to work independently and exercise tact and discretion
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of best practices for handling health records in a confidential and sensitive manner consistent with PHIPA.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate in a professional and clear manner in both written and oral format
- Be able to read and interpret the content of diagnostic reports with respect to clinical data collection and registration
- Ability to perform testing functions including test case creation and reference data maintenance
- Ability to foster collaboration and respect among team members
- Communication skills with confidence interacting with individuals at all levels of an organization
- Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite
- Customer service skills with a desire to achieve results in a professional and timely manner
- Detail-oriented with an ability to function and process information with high levels of accuracy
- Ability to create a positive impression while interacting with others and responding to inquiries
- Results-oriented with an ability to handle many tasks and maintain a high level of individual and team performance
- Knowledge of general office procedures
- Familiarity with University policies and procedures preferred
