Under the general direction of the Lead and senior members of the Work Management Applications section, the incumbent will
support Work Management systems implementation, integration, and enhancements by utilizing their detailed understanding of data,
workflows, and business processes. Working within a team of Business Systems Analysts (BSAs), Solutions Architects (SAs),
System Developers (SDs), and Engineers and under the guidance of experienced team members; the incumbent will liaise with
business clients, and will specialize in the analysis, design, development, testing and implementation of solutions. The incumbent

**_ Responsibilities:_**
- Under the general guidance of experienced team members, the incumbent will perform routine to moderately complex

maintenance and enhancements to various Work Management solutions. This includes working with business owners and
end users to solicit and document the business requirements, design solutions, develop technical specifications for system
developers, complete system configuration, liaise with the developers, test the solution, and roll out changes to the user
community.

- May be required to participate in the development and delivery of end-user training.
- Utilize various IT and department tools such as SAP, Remedy, Microsoft Azure DevOps to name a few.
- As required, will provide secondary support for other Work Management solutions, to meet the business community's

priorities.

**_ Qualifications:_**
- A four-year Bachelor's degree (Commerce, with Management of Information Systems major preferred, or a related discipline)

from a recognized university plus a minimum of one-year related business analyst experience or directly related business
experience.

- OR- A two-year Diploma in Computer Programming Technology or Business Administration or related discipline from an institute of

recognized standing plus a minimum of three years related business analyst experience or directly related business
experience.
OR
- Grade 12 and a Business Analyst Certificate plus a minimum of five years related business analyst experience or directly

related business experience.
- Demonstrated ability to perform key functions of business systems analysis including:

- Requirements solicitation, documentation, and analysis

Solution design
- Development of specifications for system changes
- Development of test plans
- Execution of tests and analysis of test results
- Development of implementation plans
- Data conversion
- Experience with basic configuration, support, and maintenance of Work Management Systems such as Mobile Workforce

Management, Banner Service Orders, SAP PM, and SAP CS would be a definite asset.
Good working knowledge of business processes, policies, and practices associated with Work Management.
- Thorough understanding of current information technology software development methods, applicable tools, and trends would

be an asset.
Possess strong personal computer skills, with a demonstrated ability to keep up to date with current hardware and software
technology (e.g. MS 365).
**_ Salary Range_**

Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. The range for the classification is $31.31-$43.31 Hourly,
$59,998.64-$82,986.80 Annually.
