Reporting to the Supervisor, Shipping and Scalehouse, the Scalehouse Clerk is accountable for coordinating and processing all fertilizer and miscellaneous truck traffic.

**What you will do**:

- Weighing, processing, and coordinating the flow of all trucks entering and leaving the Redwater plant site. Verifying and ensuring Nutrien meets all Transportation of Dangerous Goods Regulations
- Communications with the various product control centers within the plant, of incoming trucks and dealing with issues as they arise
- Entering daily receipts of incoming raw materials by truck into Access, Excel and SAP
- Management and maintenance of Truck scheduling System, with the responsibility to create and maintain truck schedules in SAP for all 4 Alberta plants
- Assisting in the training and scheduling of temporary personnel required during peak shipping seasons
- Deal with a diverse group of people, both internally and externally, while maintaining a high level of customer service
- Performing basic Rail duties - creating outbound lists, billing railcars in SAP, ordering in railcars - during weekends and vacation coverage for the Rail Shipping Coordinators
- Administrative duties to maintain accurate files; to ensure internal audit controls are met, Scalehouse supplies, equipment, and written procedures
- Be able to work 12-hour shifts including weekends and seasonal overtime including statutory holidays

**What you will bring**:

- Grade 12 diploma or equivalent
- TDG certification preferred
- 1+ year of related experience
- Basic understanding of SAP, MS Word, Excel and Access programs would be beneficial
