We produce commercials and buy media for television ads that acquire monthly donors, raise millions of dollars, and bring awareness for the charities that we work for. We are a mission focused, specialized agency who generate big impact by helping to fund programs and save lives. _

**Primary Duties and Responsibilities**:
The **Media Coordinator** will be responsible for implementing, managing, analyzing and optimizing television airings and results for our clients as well as participating in other areas of the media department. They would be required to perform a range of duties including, but not limited to:

- Tracking and inputting daily media results
- Analyzing and optimizing daily media results
- Reporting daily media results both internally and externally
- Reconciling post logs and invoices from networks
- Maintaining and updating call centre projections
- Requesting and inputting prelog airing times
- Verifying data and following up as needed on discrepancies
- Liaising with networks and call centres and partner vendors as needed
- Participating in internal or client meetings / phone calls as required
- Problem solving and troubleshooting as required
- Providing support where needed in media department

**Required Skills / Qualifications**:

- Highly advanced MS Office skills - in particular Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and highly organized
- Highly analytical, enjoy working with and analyzing data
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent time-management
- Excellent oral and written communications
- Ability to work and communicate in a team environment
- Ability to anticipate and respond to the needs of others
- A background in advertising and / or fundraising would be considered an asset
