Boutique Concierge

We are an award-winning boutique lingerie store, located in Willow Park Village and serving Calgary and area customers for over 3 decades. We specialize in bra fittings and finding the perfect lingerie and foundation garments for every occasion. We are known for our excellent customer service and dedication to our client’s satisfaction. Our aim is to empower our clients with knowledge and confidence, making them feel beautiful from the inside out - and we’re looking for new team members who are excited to join us in achieving this.

**Do you have experience in a retail environment? Are you friendly and enthusiastic with excellent customer service and interpersonal skills? Are you organized and able to multitask in a busy environment? Then we’d like to hear from you**

As a Boutique Concierge you will greet clients and welcome them for their appointments, answer phone calls, book appointments and respond to customer inquiries. Duties will also include ringing in sales, steaming garments, unpacking stock shipments and maintaining a tidy and organized store environment.

**Requirements**:

- Retail experience (retail lingerie experience is preferred but not required)
- A love of lingerie and fashion
- Previous sales and cash handling experience
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, personable demeanor and a passion for meeting the needs of your clients
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Reliable, responsible and committed
- Enjoy working cooperatively in a team environment
- Flexibility in scheduling, including weekdays, Saturdays and occasional special events on weekends/evenings

We are currently looking to fill a full time position.

Our store hours are 10am to 6pm Monday to Friday and 10am to 5pm Saturday.
