Finishing/assistant Superintendent

Assistant Superintendent
**Duties**:
- Update all required Logs and Site Related Procore activities.
- RFI’s, Daily Logs, Lost Day Tracking, Site Instructions
- Can order and organize construction drawings on site
- Responsible for all safety related tasks and documentation
- Follow and update Finishing schedule as needed.
- Can communicate and schedule trades accordingly.
- Order Supplies & Rental of equipment when needed
- Capable of walking units to review finishing work
**Requirements**:
- 5 Years minimum of Construction experience on site
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of professionals
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure
This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about construction and eager to contribute to the successful completion of projects. We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages.
**Salary**: $80,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Scarborough, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

- construction: 5 years (preferred)
