**Freight & Transportation Intern**:

Our Corporate Office is located in Bolton, ON. We offer Remote/Hybrid Flex work with visits into the office on an as-needed basis depending on the role and function.

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Investigate and analyze shipment details in SAP in order to determine shipment cost relevancy and/or determine why freight has not been paid
- On-going reconciliation with carriers to determine if payment has been made, is required, or to dispute charges
- Analysis of shipments that are not completed, not relevant for costing, or keyed in incorrectly and address accordingly
- Using ERS number provided to carriers at time of payment run and using SAP to provide them with line item details of the shipments being paid for
- Perform other related duties and projects as assigned

**Who You Are - Your Knowledge, Skills & Experience**:
**Education**:

- Must have completed High School and/or GED equivalent
- Must be currently enrolled in Post Secondary Education

**Experience**:

- Previous experience with SAP is desired

**Skills**:

- Intermediate computer skills of Microsoft Office Suite products
- Intermediate Excel Skills (Vlookups, Sumifs, conditional formatting)
- Strong attention to detail with an ability to identify anomalies in large data sets
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent levels of communication both verbal and written
