**WE ARE LOOKING FOR A Marketing Business Analyst**

**SENIORITY LEVEL**:G34, Junior Level

**FUNCTION**: Information & Digital Technology

**LOCATION**:Montreal, Canada

**ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES**

As a member of the IDT team supporting our Marketing function, you will use your problem-solving skills, business acumen and information system knowledge to support our marketing B2B roadmap. Working closely with cross-disciplinary teams with both internal and external stakeholders, you will play a key role in unlocking business and technological opportunities to help the team deliver sustained value and quality to our product(s).

**Reporting Level**: No Direct Reports

**Geographic Scope**:Canada

**WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR**
- Point of contact for marketing and supply chain change requests impacting global systems like SAP and global integration systems.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams with internal and external stakeholders to produce specifications
- Support the development of business requirements documents addressing the problem to be solved for marketing, supply chain and the global Data and Analytics platform.
- Write user stories and acceptance criteria for Data and Analytics and ensure the backlog is up to date and accurate
- Be the domain expert that analyses the business requirements, understands the problem in order to provide clear answers and direction to the development team
- Interpret and refine business requirements using a variety of techniques and methodologies, including design thinking and agile business analysis principles
- Recommend solutions driven by value and quality, and enable their implementation
- Support the user acceptance testing process (UAT)
- Ensure the relevant company repositories are updated with details and artifacts from new implementations
- Manage small scale projects and track to execution while providing solution-oriented consulting to complex problems
- Collaborate on incidents to support quick resolution and provide root cause analysis
- Work independently and collaborate with key stakeholders
- Be a key contributor to marketing B2B business solution planning and delivery roadmap
- Own complex problem-analysis assignments

**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE**

**Experience Required**
- Experience working with cross-functional and cross-disciplinary teams
- Experience in an FMCG company
- Proven experience in Business Analysis

**Technical / Functional / Leadership Skills Required**
- Must be detail oriented and have a curious nature
- Ability to consistently produce quality work
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Excellent ability to translate technical details and explanations into business understandable terms
- Ability to multi-task to progress on multiple requests in parallel

**Education / Qualifications / Certifications Required**
- 2+ years in a business analysis role
- Bachelor's degree

**BENEFICIAL**
- Proven experience with Agile Methodology
- Experience with agile tools like JIRA and Azure DevOps (ADO)
- Working knowledge of SAP as it pertains to order to cash, route to market and supply chain
- Experience with Snowflake, MicroStrategy and Salesforce
