Manager, Data Migration and Governance

We are looking for a Manager of Data Migration and Governance who will report to the Director of Data Migration and Governance, and who’ll be tasked with helping to manage and govern BRP’s data migration needs. As part of your role, you’ll be significantly contributing to the organization's success with IT transformational initiatives.

The Manager will oversee one or more teams comprised of Data Migration Specialists, Data Object Leads, MDM Coordinators and Data Stewards, leading the entire data migration process for transformation programs at BRP. The Manager is also responsible for coordination with the Data and Analytics team (DNA) to prioritize tool development and utilization resulting in increased efficiency and quality of Migrations to transform massive amounts of data into our platforms.

**YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO**:
Drive and mobilize data migration team members to profile, assess, map, extract, cleanse, transform, load, and validate the data.

Provide timelines, budget estimates and resource plans for projects under management.

Provide and track quality KPIs for Migration’s teams progress across projects under management.

Identify, clarify, and resolve issues and risks, escalating them as needed.

Contribute to vision and strategic guidance for efficient delivery and execution of data migration projects.

Contribute to development of policy, standards, procedures, guides, frameworks and methodologies.

YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
5-10+ years’ relevant and related work experience. Experience in SAP Data Migrations a must.

5-10+ years’ previous experience managing, leading and/or mentoring a team (directly or indirectly).

Proven ability to showcase strong communication with both internal and external partners (vendors, employees, business partners, executives, etc.).

Must have proven data ETL experience, along with strong data analysis skills.

Experience with Master Data Management policies, processes, governance and data quality initiatives is preferred.
