Job Summary:

- Liquor ordering, managing inventory
- Upholding service standards
- Training and hosting liquor/wine tastings
- Implement new and seasonal cocktail lists
- Responsibility of collecting payment
- Delivery a great guest experience

Qualifications:

- Possess a minimum of 5 years previous bar and restaurant experience
- Strong product knowledge of cocktails, beer, spirits, and wines
- Good organizational skills for dealing with diverse duties
- Genuine passion for People, Great Food and Service
- Excellent oral communication
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Ability to manage with a high level of attention to detail, hospitality and enthusiastic personality to train and lead

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
