We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual as a Bookkeeper/Administrator (Cannabis Industry). In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, and providing administrative support.

**Responsibilities**
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Manage vendor relationships and process vendor payments.
- Completing full cycle AR/AP, including data entry, coding, matching, batching, and cheque runs.
- Efficiently validating and obtaining approval on expense claims and record keeping for supporting documentation.
- Effectively responding to all internal/external inquiries on Payables and Receivables
- Refer all inquiries to the appropriate individuals or departments across the organization.
- Recording receivables and reconciling bank to receivables.
- Complete month end closing procedures as required, including ensuring accruals are accurate and timely.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant administrative and accounting work experience.
- Post secondary education or a combination of education & experience.
- Experience with accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, etc.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer service oriented with a positive attitude.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Schedule: Monday to Friday: 9 am - 5:00 pm

FULL TIME

**Salary**: $45,000.00 per year
