**Service Parts & Inventory Coordinator - Full-Time (Burnaby, BC)**

We are looking for a **full-time Service Parts & Inventory Coordinator** to join our **Burnaby office**. This role is ideal for someone who is **highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment**. If you have experience in **ordering, inventory management, shipping/receiving, and parts procurement**, we’d love to hear from you

**What You’ll Do**:

- **Manage the ordering and procurement of service parts**, ensuring timely availability for technicians
- **Oversee daily shipping and receiving**, including handling **large equipment shipments** (TVs, monitors, and other hardware) and smaller service parts
- **Track, manage, and reconcile inventory**, ensuring stock accuracy and availability
- **Ensure proper handling of returns and cross-shipped parts**, coordinating with technicians to track and process returns efficiently
- **Generate quotes for parts** and source inventory from suppliers as needed
- **Maintain strong relationships with couriers and suppliers** to ensure smooth logistics
- **Address customer inquiries**, including:

- **Assist with administrative and clerical tasks** related to inventory and procurement

**What You Bring**:

- **Strong attention to detail** to ensure accuracy in **ordering, inventory tracking, and returns management**:

- **Excellent organizational and time-management skills** to coordinate multiple tasks efficiently
- **Ability to work independently**, taking ownership of responsibilities and department processes
- **Proven customer service experience (2+ years)** with strong communication skills
- **Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 50 lbs)** as needed for large shipments
- **Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)**:

- **A willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment**

**Bonus Skills (Nice to Have but Not Required)**:

- Experience in **computer services or technology**:

- Familiarity with **inventory management or logistics software**:

- Background in **parts procurement, shipping, or warehouse coordination**

Pay: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
