Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- Safely and efficiently operate a bobcat to transport materials around the construction site.
- Load and unload materials from trucks and storage areas using the bobcat.
- Assist with general labor duties on the construction site as needed.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on the telehandler to ensure it is in proper working condition.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate tasks and prioritize workload.
- Follow instructions and specifications outlined by the project plans and site supervisors.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience operating a bobcat in a construction environment.
- Valid telehandler certification or ticket.
- Knowledge of safe operating procedures for telehandlers and other heavy equipment.
- Ability to interpret construction plans and follow instructions accurately.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks as required.
- Flexibility to work varied hours and overtime as needed.
- Experience working on construction projects
