**Skills/Requirements: Previous waterfowl guiding experience**
- **Must be able to call ducks & geese**
- **Must be physically fit and be able to work long hours**
- **Must be flexible to work all days of the week (varied work days)**
- **Must be willing to work outdoors**
- **Must be self motivated**
- **Must have a good attitude and relate well to clients**
- **Must participate in setting up and breaking down spreads**
- **Must be able to read RM maps**
- **Must have a clean driver’s record**
- **Must be able to communicate in English**
- **Resume required**
- **References available upon request**
