We are currently have an opportunity for a full-time **CAD Plater **to join our Team. We are looking for a Team player, who takes pride in delivering quality work and providing exceptional results for our customers.

**Afternoon or Midnight Shift**

**Primary Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Calculate the surface area of parts to be plated
- Determine number of loads
- Perform Cleaning and Sand Blasting of parts for plating
- Calculate amperage per square foot/inch of repetitive parts
- Setting the rectifier controller to the appropriate and specified amps
- Process parts according to the job traveler specifications
- Notifying either Manager/Supervisor or Quality department of non-conforming product before and/or after processing
- Perform inspection of tooling and fixtures prior to plating
- Prepare tank line for the day: start up, level check, temperature, air pattern, etc.
- Must be ble to effectively communicate
- Must be able to complete all required paperwork
- Understand, adhere, and demonstrate to the company’s commitment to **QUALITY** and **SAFETY**
- Maintaining regular and punctual attendance according to shift-times or a pre-arranged work schedule
- Follow all policies, procedures, and work instructions
- Wear and maintain proper personal equipment (PPE)
- Other duties as assigned

**Required Skills**:

- Able to read micrometers, Vernier calipers, thickness testers;
- Basic computer skills required;
- Must have the ability to read and interpret work orders;
Ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced and changing environment; with a strong sense of teamwork
