Camp Counsellor

Seasonal position - Full time, temporary 35h

The Garderie LaSalle des petits team firmly believes that a child's harmonious development depends on his or her emotional well-being and the development of self-confidence. In this way, the adults involved with the child foster emotional security and a positive self-image, helping the child to develop healthy self-esteem.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Program weekly activities for your group according to criteria established by camp management;
- Organize, lead and participate in children's activities;
- Take part in daily outings on the island of Montreal related to fashion and art;
- Perform all other related tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
- High school diploma or early childhood educator's assistant course;
- Experience with children (e.g. babysitter);
- Certificate of absence from work;
- Valid first aid course.

- Experience with children;
- Bilingual (French and English);
- Excellent organizational skills;
- Highly flexible;
- Strong emotional maturity;
- Excellent communication and listening skills;
- Creativity,
- Team spirit.
