Direct Sales Associate

**We are looking for a Direct Sales Associate to join our team in Kelowna. This pays $22 per hour plus commission on new sales.**
**Sales Associate Responsibilities**:
- **Meeting in-person on various sites and attempt to sell services**:
- **Meeting planned sales goals.**:
- **Setting individual sales targets.**:
- **Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.**:
- **Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.**:
- **Promoting the organization and products.**:
- **Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.**
**Sales Associate Requirements**:
- **Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.**:
- **Experience in customer relationship management.**:
- **Excellent written and verbal communication skills.**:
- **Dedication to providing great customer service.**:
- **Must have own vehicle**
**Job Types**: Full-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 4 months
**Salary**: $22.00 per hour
Flexible Language Requirement:
- French not required
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- Commission pay
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Kelowna, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
