**Interested? **We're looking for our next** IT Technician** to join the department on **a part-time basis between 20 and 24 hours a week.**

**Your main tasks will be**:
- Provide level 1-2 support for all Axxess International systems
- Follow all department processes and protocols and maintain perennity of systems documentation.
- Ensure proper systems, database and network maintenance and backups are done on time.
- Deploy and update information systems required to improve efficiency and productivity of all users.
- Make sure all IT assetinventory is updated and precise.
- Maintain tidiness of workspace, stockroom, and all IT physical area.
- Work closely with all other IT Staff to improve our IT solution offering.
- Accomplishes all tasks and/or specific mandates assigned to him by his colleagues and supervisor.
**What we are looking for**:
- You're fluent in French and English, so you can communicate with colleagues and customers across Canada and the United States.
- you are studying IT or a related field
- You have a good understanding of the following IT concepts: MS Office 365, remote PC support (LAN/WAN), Cloud and SAAS models.
- You are self-motivated, autonomous and productive.
- You like customer service
