The Customer Service Representative will interact with customers to ensure the customers are satisfied with our products and services. The Customer Service Representative will also be responsible for answering incoming calls, making outgoing calls, and scheduling appointments.

- Answer questions about products and services, willing to get trained
- Knowledge of Guac Mexi Grill products and services.
- Maintain a professional demeanor while dealing with high call volume in the office.
- Develop a knowledge of our company services and solutions to better serve our customers.
- Track and report on sales trends.
- Maintain a clean work environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- High School Diploma or GED preferred; working in retail food chain preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong phone skills and professional manner.
- Excellent customer service skills and customer focus is a key value of the position.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 35 per week

**Salary**: $15.50-$20.00 per hour
